"I've been buying these for years and I just laid my new pairs over some previously purchased pairs and they are significantly smaller, but the exact same shape/style/cut. I have not changed weight/measurements. I reached out to customer service and was told to size up - with NOTHING offered for my experience. No discount, no free pair to try on. $70 down the drain + the headache of trying to figure out what to do with these and finding new undies. Showing older pair on bottom, newer on top."

Not what I expected

"While I appreciate the organic cotton and vegetable-based dyes, I was very disappointed in the quality and fit of this underwear. The fabric feels extremely thin and cheap, and is almost see-through. All pieces shrank significantly after washing once (though not to the point of cutting off my circulation), and while the finishing was very neat, the stitching began to unravel upon my first wearing. I purchased it because it was half the price of my usual brand (Pact), and promised to be the same quality. Unfortunately, that has not proven to be the case."

So comfy! Just watch out for the side seams

"I love these undies and will always buy them! I'm so glad Felina went back to "tagless", because at some point I bought these and they had added the back-tags back. And they were so itchy / not comfortable. But my most recent set was tagless, so I'm very happy that's back! The only thing to watch out for is the "side seam" on the left/right is very thick. So if you are between sizes, you may want to size-up. I got my regular size — which for this specific underwear from Felina, I always get that size, and nothing about it is too tight anywhere else, *except* the side seams kinda "dig in". It's because they are sewn on the thicker side, so there is a lot of material there. So sometimes, i find that i have to "adjust" the sides because i can really feel them & it's a bit irritating."

Hi Lori, We recommend the following: Machine wash cold with like colors. Mild detergent. Delicate cycle. Do Not Beach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

I am so disappointed! I absolutely love the fit and feel of these and have been looking for a great feel, but I just cannot wear them. I am or must be allergic to the plant dye or something in the material. Has anyone else had this problem. I mean like I was on FIRE and have eliminated everything else it can be. It has to be the dye.
