"I purchased these and the bags were open. And the tags were not even on the items. I went on your website to go return them and it says that they are non refundable and there’s no option to return them. Receiving an item that has been opened with no tags attached especially underwear is very concerning. This is a quality control issue and it is very upsetting that I spent that much money on something used that I will have to throw away."
