How does the program work?
Shop during the earning window and earn Felina Cash based on how much you spend. Once the earning period ends, your Felina Cash will be issued to your inbox prior to the redemption window, and can only be redeemed during the specified time period. Your unique Felina Cash code(s) is single-use only and cannot be shared across multiple orders or accounts.
How much do I need to spend to earn Felina Cash?
You will earn Felina Cash for every qualifying spend threshold reached during the earning period. For every $70 spent in one order, you will receive $15 Felina Cash.
Can multiple purchases be combined to reach the $70 earning threshold to receive Felina Cash?
No. The merchandise total must be at least $70 in a single transaction after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Orders cannot be combined or accumulated across multiple purchases during the earning period to meet the $70 earning threshold.
How do I earn Felina Cash?
You earn Felina Cash when you make qualifying purchases during the earning period. The amount you earn is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
· You will not earn Felina Cash for the purchase of gift cards
· Felina Cash can be earned up until 11:59PM PST on the last day of the earning period.
Do I need an account to earn Felina Cash?
You do not need an account to earn Felina Cash, however, you must be subscribed to emails to receive your unique code(s), and that email must be associated with your purchase.
Is the program free to join?
Yes! There is no cost to participate. The only requirement is to hit the minimum $70 purchase to receive your $15 coupon for Felina Cash.
Where can I see my earned Felina Cash?
Felina Cash will be emailed to the address associated with the qualifying orders 24 hours prior to the start of the redemption period.
Does Felina Cash expire?
Yes. Felina Cash is valid only during the redemption period. Felina Cash must be used during the redemption dates for the promotion in which it was earned and cannot be used before or after that window. Once the redemption period ends, all Felina Cash expires permanently.
Can I use Felina Cash with other discounts or promotions?
Felina Cash can be combined with most discounts, some discounts are set up to not combine. You will be notified at checkout if your other codes are not combinable.
Is there a limit to how many Felina Cash I can earn?
There is no limit to how much Felina Cash you can earn during the earning period.
Do taxes and shipping count toward earning?
No. Felina Cash is earned based on merchandise subtotal only, after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Do I earn Felina Cash on discounted or sale items?
Yes – Felina Cash can be applied to discounted or sale items.
Can I earn Felina Cash during the redemption period?
Purchases made during the redemption period do not qualify for earning Felina Cash.
Is there a maximum amount I can earn per order or per event?
No, there is no maximum.
When will my Felina Cash be issued after purchase?
Felina Cash is issued after the earning period ends. You will receive an email once your Felina Cash is available prior to the redemption period.
How will I receive my Felina Cash?
We will send your Felina Cash coupon to the email address on the order. If you are subscribed to our SMS and push notifications, you will receive your Felina Cash there as well.
How do I redeem my Felina Cash?
Enter your Felina Cash code at checkout in the promo code box. Your discount will be applied to your order total. Your unique Felina Cash code(s) is single-use only and cannot be shared across multiple orders or accounts.
Is there a minimum purchase required to use Felina Cash?
Yes, your order must meet the $70 minimum purchase threshold.
Can I use multiple Felina Cash in one order?
Yes, multiple Felina Cash can be stacked in a single transaction.

Do returns affect Felina Cash?
If a return is made for a purchase made during the earning period and your order falls below the $70 minimum, no Felina Cash will be awarded.
Can customer service resend my Felina Cash?
Yes, our team can resend Felina Cash to the email associated with your account.
I didn’t receive my Felina Cash, what should I do?
Felina Cash will be sent 24 hours before the start of the redemption period. If you still haven’t received it, please contact customer support@felina.com.
Can Felina Cash be redeemed for actual cash?
No, Felina Cash has no cash value.
What happens if I have multiple accounts?
Felina Cash cannot be combined across multiple accounts. We recommend one account when shopping.
How long do I have to use my Felina Cash once issued?
Felina Cash is only valid during the redemption window. If unused, they will expire and be permanently removed from your account. Felina Cash does not carry over to future events or redemption periods.
