• How do I participate?

  Joining is easy. Just click the Sign Up button to create an account on our store. Once you're logged in, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points.

• How can I earn points?

  Simply scroll to the “Ways to Earn Points” section on the Rewards page to view and take part in our current opportunities.

• How can I spend points?

  Simply scroll to the “Ways to Spend Points” section on the Rewards page to check out all the ways you can redeem your hard-earned points.

• How do I redeem my points for money off?

  When you are logged in, you can redeem your points directly at checkout. You will see a drop-down menu above the Discount Code box. You may select from that menu how many points you’d like to redeem.

• Can I redeem my points for money off and also use a discount code?

  Yes, when we redesigned our program we included this by popular request. At checkout, we recommend entering the discount code you’d like to use first. This will show you your new total. Then, select how many points you’d like to redeem for money off. Redeeming your points acts as a payment method like a gift card.

• How do I check my points balance?

  Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of the Rewards page or on your Account page when you are logged in.

• Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

  Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately.

• How long will it take for points to post to my account?

  You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a points-earning opportunity.

• Do my points expire?

  Nope. Your points will never expire.

• Will my status as a Silver, Gold or Platinum Member expire?

  Your status is based on your total spend in a year. If you spend $200 in 2019, you will earn Gold status, and you can enjoy that status for the rest of 2019, and for the entirety of 2020. In this scenario, if you were to spend less than $200 in 2020, your status would revert to Silver on Jan 1, 2021.

• What happens to my points if I make a return?

  When you return an item, you lose the associated points you originally earned by purchasing the item.

• How do I contact support if I have questions about my points?

• I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?

  We strive to have an equitable system. We don’t offer a way to buy points.

• What if I don t want to receive promotional emails?

  From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.

• Can I spend my points on last chance, gift cards, or shop for a cause items?

  Yes.
