Eligibility for Returns:

Any item purchased from Felina.com in its original condition (brand new) and original packaging with all merchandise tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a prompt refund or exchange. We will pay for shipping on all approved returns.

Please note, due to the intimate nature of underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear, we cannot accept worn or laundered garments. All items must be in sealed packages or unworn. Items denoted as Final Sale are not returnable.

To initiate a return, you can generate a free shipping label by visiting our returns center or by contacting us at support@felina.com. We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you.  Please note: For order placed on Facebook, please contact support@felina.com to process your returns.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that some orders flagged as "Final Sale" on their corresponding product pages will not be eligible for a refund. Please review product descriptions and terms before making a purchase.
