"I placed an order with Felina about a month ago and still have not received it. My package has been stuck in Carlotn for over two weeks, and every day the tracking says it will arrive, but it never does. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times. Their customer service website does not work, and I emailed them directly but have not received any response. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and would like either a refund or a replacement. Poor communication and lack of support have made this a frustrating experience."

Very soft & stretchy but run extremely small
"I’m very pleased to find organic cotton panties with added stretch. These are quite soft as expected, colors are nice and the seaming is discrete. However, despite how stretchy these panties are, they run extremely small and are uncomfortably tight. I ordered XS as my hips are only 32 and am now trying both small and medium as one size up may not be enough. A note in the description that these run very small would be helpful. If not for the sizing issue, these are lovely panties."
