disappointed with the product and customer service
"I recently received my order of the Wireless Seamless Side Smoothing Bra and wanted to share my experience. While I was excited about the purchase, I found that the padding was too thin for my liking, and it didn't smoothen my back as advertised. Additionally, the fit wasn't as flattering on me as I had hoped. When I decided to return the items, I encountered some issues. The tags were not attached to any of the bras when I received them; they just fell off when I grabbed one of the bras from the bag. Despite contacting customer service and following the instructions provided, my return request was automatically canceled because the tags were not attached. I reached out again and received an email from returns@frate.co with return instructions, giving me until July 12 to return the items. However, the code provided for UPS did not show up for scanning. I also contacted support@felina.com for help but unfortunately did not receive any response. While I appreciate the initial prompt response from your customer service, the overall return process has been quite challenging and disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences."

Works Great at Smoothing
"I have a very hard time with bra bulge and was skeptical but figured I would try this bra out as I love the softness of Felina products and really wanted one of their bras. This bra fits great, is true to its size and really does smooth out my bulge on the sides!!!! Will definitely by it again. I currently have it in two colors and they both wash and wear beautifully. You won’t regret purchasing it."

"the xl is to big, the large is to small, does not cover the breast nor does it help smooth any bulges anywhere, i am yet to find a no wire bra that really REALLY works and does what its suppose to."
