Size up, Squeezes Hips, Customer service great
"The crotch seem is too far forward and takes a little bit of getting used to. The tag is uncomfortable, but I just cut it out! The waistband is too tight for anyone who has any fat tissue on their hips (most women!!!), and even after sizing up, it squeezes your hips. The waistband is not uncomfortable for me; it just makes me look like I have big hip dips. Overall disappointed with the fit, but I will still wear them because I know organic cotton is better for me. However, customer service is great! I got a medium at first, and it was too small (even though that is my size). Emailed customer service and was met with an AI bot that said it couldn't help me. Once I got to a real person, they were very nice and let me order a size up and gave me more store credit for what I paid since the sale was no longer happening. Ended up getting the right size and didn't have to pay anything extra!"
